RESTAURANT MANAGER

Salary DOE. Assist the GM in running of the entire restaurant, to maintain a smooth and efficient operation. Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling. Previous restaurant and supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

 

DIRECTOR OF REVENUE MANAGEMENT

Salary DOE.  The Revenue Manager executes analysis activities focusing on revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel rooms and space inventory in a given cluster or for an individual hotel; develops and/or uses analytical tools and systems to maximize revenues and profit. Position is accountable for preparing forecasts, budgets and projections. Position manages all revenue management systems, facilitates weekly sales strategy meeting, evaluates effectiveness, and prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities.

SOUS CHEF

Salary DOE. Work with the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine to maintain a smooth running and efficient kitchen operation. Maintain quality control. Supervise and train a staff of 5 to 10 people. Looking for someone with high volume culinary technical skill. Main kitchen services to restaurants, room service, employee cafeteria and all banquet functions. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

BANQUET SERVER ON CALL

Set and pre-set tables for banquet functions and coffee breaks. Complete all side work. Prepare and deliver food and beverage and refresh coffee stations. Clear tables. Provide excellent customer service. Previous banquet service experience helpful. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

GUEST SERVICES AGENT (BELL / VALET)

Responsible for ensuring the warm, friendly, and expedient service of each guest upon arrival, departure and any needs during their stay. Responsible for providing parking service using care and caution. Required to drive and park cars in small spaces requiring close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Thorough knowledge of the Seattle area as well as all hotel services and amenities is paramount for success in this position. Previous experience is highly desired. Ability to stand for long periods of time and work both indoors and outdoors required. A driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles and a valid drivers license are required. Requires full flexibility with scheduling including weekends and holidays. Hours will vary based on business needs.
