ROOM ATTENDANT

Clean guestrooms. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance standards. Must be able to work independently and take direction from supervisors. Must have ability to push a cart on carpet, walk and stand for up to 8 hours. Must be willing to help guests with requests and concerns. Must be able to speak and understand English well enough to use a radio for communication. Prior experience is highly desired. Shift: Days, requires weekends

PM BUSSER

Clear and set tables. Provide guests with bread and water service. Stock bus station. Set for large parties. Must be able to lift trays. Requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Prior experience is highly desired. Shift: 4pm

TRAVEL INDUSTRY SALES

The Travel Industry Sales position focuses on the Corporate Preferred segment, and manages all transient market segment accounts that provide individual transient business that ensures maximization of revenue in order to achieve and/or exceed revenue goals. Solicit new and existing corporate preferred accounts, maintain and nurture existing accounts, negotiate rates, complete RFP's, submit proposals, manage inquiries and TI reservations to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communications. Salary DOE

GROUP SALES MANAGER

The Group Sales Manager is charged with soliciting all group market accounts as assigned locally and per deployment that ensures maximization of revenue in order to achieve and/or exceed revenue goals. Solicit new and existing accounts, negotiate rates, complete RFP's, submit proposals, contracts, manage inquiries and accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communications. Two or more full years of employment in a related group sales position with a hotel company. Four and Five Diamond hotel experience a plus.

SECURITY AGENT/NIGHT AUDIT - PART TIME

Will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees. Investigate and handle complaints, accidents and emergencies. Write up shift and accident reports. Previous security experience helpful. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Approximately two night audit shifts and two security shifts.

BANQUET HOUSE ATTENDANT – Part time

Set up, break down and clean up of meeting rooms. Lift up to 75 lbs. Work in a fast paced environment. Previous banquet experience preferred, but not necessary. Must be able to communicate effectively with teammates via radio. Shift: primarily evenings including weekends & holidays.

RESERVATION AGENT

Promotes rooms and services by taking inbound calls from guests interested in making a reservation. Agents must be comfortable working with computers, have typing skills, excellent phone manner and a basic knowledge of Seattle attractions, hotel offerings and amenities. Reservation Agents must possess effective communication and organization skills, and have the ability to provide excellent solid customer service. Previous reservations and PBX experience

HOST

Handle all payment transactions. Cash handling. Greet & seat guests. Answer phones and make reservations. Handle "TO-GO" orders and assist food servers when needed. Must pass a cash test. Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

FRONT DESK AGENT - INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY

Check guests in & out. Provide excellent customer service. Follow checklists, run reports, handle cash and other payments. Prior cash handling, customer service and front desk experience preferred. Must pass a cash-handling test. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
