WaterColor Inn & Resort, located along scenic highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, is seeking a full-time Banquet Captain. This highly visible position will be responsible for the overseeing the banquet service for events at the Resort. An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in Food & Beverage required
- A minimum of 3 years experience in banquet service and or set-up
- Proactive leader
- Strong and effective communicator
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Will train and supervise service team

The Resort has an opening for a seasonal Restaurant Assistant Manager to work at the BeachClub operation. This highly visible position will be responsible for assisting in the management of the restaurant, bar and beach recreation areas at the BeachClub. An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in Food & Beverage required
- A minimum of 3 years experience in banquet service and or set-up (Req. for Banquet position only)
- Proactive leader

The manager will oversee all aspects of the service in this restaurant. An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in Food & Beverage required
