Bartender

Will provide guests with the highest quality of service in a friendly and efficient manner.  1-2 years previous bar-tending experience required.  Detailed knowledge of drink preparations and presentations.  Knowledge of bar-tending laws and regulations required.  Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays. TABC certified.

 

Room Service Attendant

Duties include providing in-room food and beverage deliveries as requested by the guests, up-selling food and beverage items to clients, delivering amenities and room clean up. Managing mini-bar inventories as needed. Good phone/customer service skills. Previous restaurant experience desired. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.  TABC certified.

Greet guests promptly and provide guest with the highest quality of food and beverage service in a friendly and professional manner.   Must have previous restaurant experience.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.  TABC certified

Conference Services Planning Manager

This position coordinates all conference details for client’s functions while up selling where possible.

Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months/1 year experience as a Conference Service Manager or similar position.

Knowledge of various food service styles, knowledge of menu development, able to provide legible written/oral communication, familiar with food and beverage cost control and sales and marketing tools.

Previous experience in corporate event planning, hotel experience preferred.

Valet Parkers FT /PT

Provide excellent customer service skills, provide directions,park vehicles, have active energy and positive attitude.  Requires standing for long period of times.  Able to work in high paced environment (run/walk to retrieve parked cars).  This position requires working outside in all weather conditions.  Excellent communication, reading and writing skills.  Must have a clean driving record, and a valid Texas Drivers License and be at least 18 years old.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Server/Outside Seasonal

This position is available from March to Oct.

Bartender/Server Seasonal

Food Runner - Fine Dining

Provide superb service of food and beverage in a formal dinning room setting. Through knowledge of all wine and beverage selections. Able ot follow set steps of service to ensure guest receives flawless service in a sincere and genuine way. Previous upscale restaurant dinning preffered. Strong and effective communication. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
 

Bartender Fine Dining

Will provide guests with the highest quality of service in a friendly and efficient manner. 1-2 years previous bar tending experience required. Detailed broad knowledge of liquors, beers, wines, drink preparations and presentations. Knowledge of bar tending laws and regulations required. Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays. TABC certified.
 

Cook II

Training in a culinary arts school or apprenticeship with professional chefs, 3-5 plus years of relevant professional cooking experience, including some supervisory/management experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Broad and in-depth professional knowledge and skills in food preparation, cooking and presentation. Strong organizational skills.
Excellent leadership and coaching skills. Ability to deal effectively with a variety of company personnel.

Security Officer PT/FT

Patrols hotel premises to maintain order, enforce regulations and ensure observance of applicable laws.   Provides guests and associates with the security necessary to achieve an exceptionally successful stay. Must be able to stand/walk for long period of times along with working in all types of weather conditions. Must be able to successfully pass a background check along with Level I and Level II of the security officer’s test.   Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Sushi Cook

Solid knowledge of all seafood and food product and well as able to skillfully apply culinary techniques to include slice fish and seafood in certain angles, prepare and execute recipes. Maintain menu knowledge and attention to detail plate presentation, while ensuring the guests are having a pleasurable experience. Must have previous sushi experience, with ability to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.

Front Desk Clerk/ Concierge

Responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding customer service during their stay, and settling the guests account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. Front Desk Agents must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests. Front Desk Agents must have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends.

Director of Revenue Management

Responsibility:

Formulate and deploy transient /  group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies in an effort to maximize revenue from an average rate and occupancy perspective.

Manage the input of data and report generation in the daily, weekly ad monthly reports utilized in sellilng and merchandising room inventory.

Manage group block activity, review rooming list and monotoring group activity.

Manage and monitor global distribution systems to maintain consistency with proper inventory strategies.

Will oversee day - to - day revenue management efforts.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 yrs prior hotel Revenue Management experience.

Excellent communication and leadership skills required.

Strong computer and communication skills required.

Sales Manager

Ideal candidate must be a seasoned sales professional with 3-5 years experience as a Sales Manager in a Hotel/Resort setting and a proven track record in sales. 

Must be familiar with the local corporate market.

Must lead by example by consistently meeting or exceeding goals. 

Thorough knowledge of the sales process, contract negotiations, preparing customized solution to a client’s needs. Must have strong sense of urgency, good judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information. 

Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays. 

No relocation expenses.

Director of Food & Beverage

Requirements

Ideal candidate must have experience in training, hiring, coaching, staffing along with solid knowledge os financials, cost control, forecast.

Exhibits a positive and involved team attitude to all and promotes positive relations through an enviroment that encourages open communications, trust, and mutual respect.

Minimum of 5 yrs hotel F&B outlet management experience, having managed multi outlets in 4-5 diamond hotel F&B division, extensive beverage knowledge is a necessity, advanced POS and Computer skills.

Excellent written, communication, organizational, computer, and leadership skills.

Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for financial results weekly, monthly, annually.

Proven track record of strong relationship  and team building skills, on - going training programs focused on exceptional guest service levels.

 

Director of Recreation

Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Recreation Department.

Develops, implements, evaluates, and directs the activity program of this facility.

Will be implementing activities that are designed to meet and exceed the expectations of our guest and members in a safe and fun enviroment, while respecting the budgetary guidelines. All while staying within the federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements:

Must have 2yrs experience in a recreation program within the last 5 yrs.

Must have 2yrs of management experience preferably within a resort.

Must possess leadership, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as good human relation skills.
