Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to maintain composure under pressure are a must. The candidate must be flexible and able to handle multiple and changing priorities. Great computer skills and the ability to prepare reports, excel spreadsheets, and follow through with the sales sdministrative process. Assist with all administrative request by DOSM and Sales Managers.
Essential Qualifications:
- Delphi and SMS preferred
- High school graduate, some college.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant or similar position.
- Minimum of 1 year in a hospitality setting.
- Excellent writing and proof-reading skills
Engineer (2nd Shift)
JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property with regards to all aspects of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and painting work. Complete maintenance request work orders from all departments on a timely basis. Participate in the preventive maintenance program for all-building equipment and rooms. Complete other special projects assigned periodically by the Chief Engineer.
Schedule is 3:00 - 11:00pm. Particular Days/Times are negotiable, but definitely weekends.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Engineering work shop, all areas of the hotel. Working on stepladders.
Job involves working:
· under variable temperature conditions (or extreme heat or cold).
· under variable noise levels.
· outdoors/indoors.
· around fumes and/or odor hazards.
· around dust and/or mite hazards.
· around chemicals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
Working knowledge of all electrical supplies and equipment.
Working knowledge of power and hand tools, etc. as it relates to the technical trades
