Overview & History
Noble House Hotels & Resort's origins date back to 1979, when owner/founder Pat Colee established Westgroup Partners to develop and manage commercial properties, specifically undervalued real estate. In 1981, the company entered the hotel business when it purchased an office block in Dallas that included the historic Hotel Adolphus. Unable to find new management for the hotel and eager to create a different approach, the company made its first foray into assuming a management and operational role in the hospitality sector.
