Noble House Hotels & Resorts Announces Management Of Solé On The Ocean, A Miami Beach Hotel

SEATTLE (June 26, 2017) – Noble House Hotels & Resorts – a collection of luxury hotels and resorts – announced today that it will take over the management of Solé on the Ocean, a hotel located north of Miami Beach, in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.  The boutique property is the latest addition to Noble House Hotels & Resort’s recent expansion of its roster of premier properties throughout the United States and is the seventh asset to be added in the past 18 months.  Located in the picturesque enclave of Sunny Isles Beach, the property features an oceanfront location, and private full service beach club.

Solé on the Ocean will add to Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ existing ownership and management portfolio of luxury properties in South Florida, including LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, Ocean Key Resort & Spa, Pelican Grand Beach Resort and the brand’s most recent addition, Banyan Cay Resort & Golf.  The property also features 147 one-and-two bedroom condominium apartments offering beautiful ocean, water and city views that Noble House Hotels & Resorts will oversee.

“We’re thrilled to take over the management of Solé on the Ocean and celebrate the property as a world-class destination,” said Pat Colee, Noble House founder and chairman of the board. “Not only is tourism in Sunny Isles growing incredibly fast, but its location in between Miami and Fort Lauderdale makes it an ideal, yet convenient escape for travelers.”

Under Noble House Hotels & Resorts management, Solé on the Ocean will continue working with the renowned Stephane Dupoux of Dupoux Design, who designed the hotel’s ultra-contemporary interiors, featuring serene colors and lighting.  Recognizing the property’s ideal oceanfront location, each room features a private terrace with glass railings and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean or Florida’s stunning Intracoastal Waterway.

“Solé on the Ocean has been a go-to beach destination for both travelers and locals in Sunny Isles Beach since its opening in 2009,” said John Donoghue, chief executive officer of the board. “We’re confident that we can take the property’s success to new heights, utilizing its many amenities while offering exciting new programming.”

The property’s on-site restaurant, French American Bistro, is a casually refined American bistro dedicated to fresh and seasonal cuisine highlighting ingredients obtained from local farms, fisheries and artisan producers.  As Noble House Hotels & Resorts is known for truly exceptional dining venues and experiences, there are plans in place to elevate the restaurant’s existing menus and programming for guests to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.  Additional amenities include an Oceanside pool, gym, sauna and steam room, room service and valet parking.

Emphasizing “location, distinction and soul,” Noble House Hotels & Resorts is dedicated to creating and managing exceptional properties that contribute to their communities and faithfully reflect local history, culture and ambiance.
