Location, Distinction and Soul
Every Noble House property is one of a kind, meticulously designed to stand on its own merits. The unifying thread that connects each and every hotel is not the architecture or the amenities but lies within the people, and the local culture, that make up Noble House Hotels & Resorts.
Beyond our captivating locations, the guest experience would not be complete without our passionate front-line personnel, who are guided and inspired by the talent and expertise of the Noble House corporate team.

Individual Distinction, Collective Strength
Today, the Noble House portfolio includes 29 unique hotels and resorts, ranging from America’s only private island resort to the storied Napa Valley Wine Train and three full-service marinas. Our ethos, often described as “fiercely local,” is evident in every detail. Guests can expect exclusive events and entertainment while highlighting the flavor and personality of each destination.

“Noble House hotels are unique destinations that cannot be duplicated.”

Iconic Destinations

Beatle Mania
Built in the early 1960s for the Seattle World’s Fair, The Edgewater Hotel’s defining moment came in 1964 when The Beatles visited. After being turned away by other hotels, the band was welcomed here, and the hotel soon became a historic waterfront landmark and enduring symbol of Seattle.

Cannonball Run
The Portofino Hotel & Marina is a Redondo Beach landmark with a unique history tied to the Cannonball Run. Mary Davis, the first female auto racer of the 1950s and ’60s, bought the eight-acre King Harbor site intending to build a fuel dock. Inspired by Mediterranean travels, she instead opened the Portofino Inn and in 1971, it became the finish line for the “Sea to Shining Sea” Cannonball Race.

President Paradise
Little Palm Island, a Relais & Châteaux resort, is a secluded island retreat steeped in rich history. This exclusive sanctuary once hosted Presidents Harry Truman, John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon. Famous as the filming location for PT 109, America’s only private island now offers pristine beaches, exquisite dining and true island tranquility.
