Who We Are

These guidelines have helped us solidify our place in the hospitality industry as a fully integrated hotel ownership and management company centered around developing, marketing, and operating award-winning leisure and spa experiences, accommodations and state-of-the-art meeting facilities.
Founded in 1979 by Pat Colee and now operating as a family business, Noble House has become much more than a company. We take time to get to know each other and our properties. Our teams are built on trust, respect, and enterprising attitudes that aren’t afraid to think outside the box to find solutions.
Our President of Acquisitions, Sales & Revenue Management, Sean Mullen, articulates it well; “Our team members enjoy the empowerment to make decisions at the right time based on the situation versus having to look at a large manual and then getting layers of approval—today’s team members are looking for a place where they feel like they are contributing to the company’s vision by making important choices.”
