Our Commitment to Environmental Sustainability
At Noble House Hotels & Resorts, we prioritize sustainability as we recognize the importance of taking proactive steps to reduce our environmental impact and promote the health and well-being of the planet. We believe that to accomplish our objectives, we must assume leadership roles not just in the economic aspect but also in the environmental and social areas.
Showcasing our commitment to environmental sustainability, we have partnered with Green Seal, Green Key and MDO. We provide our team members access to resources and tools necessary to protect vital ecosystems. Every effort will be made to conserve resources throughout our operations. In addition, Noble House encourages each property to seek products and services of local origin that are environmentally friendly. These collaborations demonstrate how sustainability is important to us by cultivating positive change through innovative green initiatives within our portfolio of hotels and resorts.
Green Seal Certification
We believe in providing a sustainable experience for our guests. By committing to Green Seal’s Standard for Hotel and Lodging Properties (GS-33), we are helping to protect and sustain the environment. We are proud to embark on Green Seal, certifying several of our hotels and resorts. This certification signifies that our properties have met Green Seal’s stringent standards for sustainable practices, from product purchasing to energy use. To qualify, Noble House properties must demonstrate that they:
- Protect human health and the environment by using low-VOC and non-toxic housekeeping products.
- Are committed to stewardship by having an environmental mission and purchasing policy.
- Conserving water through water-efficient landscaping, groundskeeping measures and water-saving fixtures in guestrooms and public areas.
- Conserving energy with 100% energy-efficient lighting in all guestrooms and public areas and energy-efficient appliances and windows.
- Reducing waste by minimizing disposable food service items and seeking reusable packaging and shipping pallets.
Green Key Global
We have also partnered with Green Key Global, a leading organization promoting sustainable tourism practices worldwide. As a hospitality company committed to responsible tourism and environmental stewardship, Noble House is excited to work with Green Key Global to further our sustainability efforts.
Through this partnership, our hotels and resorts will undergo rigorous evaluations by Green Key Global to assess their environmental impact and implement sustainable solutions to reduce waste, conserve energy and water and promote eco-friendly practices. The program also supports education and awareness of sustainable practices for hotel staff and guests, creating a culture of responsibility and respect for the planet.

MDO Certification
My Digital Office (MDO) provides sustainability certifications recognizing companies prioritizing environmentalism. Noble House Hotels & Resorts has recently received an MDO Sustainability Certification by adopting Paperless Night Audit processes through MDO’s myDocs software. These steps have allowed Noble House to reduce our carbon footprint by saving 53 metric tons of CO2 from entering the atmosphere and nearly 20,000 cubic yards of landfill. This certification demonstrates Noble House’s commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. By meeting the rigorous requirements set forth by MDO, Noble House has proven our dedication to reducing our environmental impact, conserving resources and promoting sustainable practices in the hospitality industry.
