Marina slips will accommodate vessels up to 120 feet in length with a draft up to six feet, in addition to 575 feet of dock space bordering a protected lagoon, ideal for smaller boats. You will have 50 or 30 amp electricity service, a water allowance of one gallon per foot each day, and full use of the island's recreational facilities, including pool, snorkeling and fishing gear.
