The Noble Way – our new booking policy – provides peace of mind to our patrons:

• Existing Advanced Purchase Reservations. All Advanced Purchase reservations — even those described as “non-cancellable” — for stays through April 30, 2020 can be changed or cancelled with increased flexibility, according to the specific policy for each hotel outlined below.
• All Other New or Existing Individual Reservations. For any new or existing reservations for stays through April 30, 2020 — even those described as “non-cancellable” — changes or cancellations may be made at no cost up until 24 hours prior to your arrival date for all Noble House Hotels & Resorts. *This policy does not apply for group reservations nor Little Palm Island Resort & Spa.

Please contact the reservations team for each hotel directly, using the provided contact number or online link listed below. If you need assistance with reservations made through your travel professional or a third-party travel site, please contact them directly.

Our highest priority is to ensure the health, comfort and well-being of our guests and colleagues. We are diligently monitoring the situation and are following the recommended procedures and protocols issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).
